Good Performance for SMA
We are very pleased to announce that SMA has ranked 35th and 39th respectively in the ‘Roads’ and ‘Transport Planning’ categories by the CIHT in their latest Transport Professional Journal. Our efforts over the past 12 months have seen us move up in all five categories that we feature in, and we look forward to being able to improve on our performance over the next year.

Outline Planning Consent has been granted for a residential development of up to 85 dwellings, together with vehicular/pedestrian access; a Country Park; a Play Area; landscaping including an orchard; footpath links; sustainable drainage and other related infrastructure in Lower Stondon, Bedfordshire.
SMA were pleased to assist Welbeck Strategic Land in securing the consent. SMA provided assistance on transport, flood risk and drainage and utilities.
