The firm was established in 1988 and has remained independent, being wholly owned by the directors. Our headquarters are in Thatcham, Berkshire and we have a regional office in Cardiff.
Over the past 29 years, SMA has carried out over 5,000 commissions throughout the UK, both for private and public sector clients. The assignments we work on range in size from small scale, one-off tasks, to large, multi-million pound projects.
SMA brings a commercial awareness and a proactive approach to all its commissions. We work closely with our clients from project inception through to completion. Prior to commencing work, we ensure that our clients’ objectives are clearly understood by appointing appropriately qualified managers and maintaining continuity of key personnel throughout the project. The services provided are to the highest standard, using best practice and the latest technology. Great care is taken to meet clients’ specific requirements and objectives in terms of quality, cost and timelines.
