Planning Consent in North Devon
Outline Planning Permission was granted on 13th September 2017 by North Devon Council for 144 dwellings on land west of Parklands, South Moulton. This development forms part of the Strategic Western Extension of South Moulton.
SMA were pleased to assist with the design of the proposed access onto the B3226 and the preparation of a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for the site.
Success at Appeal
Planning Consent has been granted at Appeal for 423 dwellings on land at Netherhouse Copse, Fleet. Following Hart District Council’s (HDC) failure to determine the application within the prescribed period, SMA helped to prepare and present evidence to the Appeal on highways and road safety matters.
The inspectors report confirmed that the access and all other highways matters were acceptable. Our transport team were proud to be involved from the outset, assisting Berkeley Strategic Land to a successful outcome.
