Success at Appeal – Residential Development for Welbeck Strategic Land
Outline planning consent has been granted on appeal for 96 dwellings at Wivelsfield, Lewes District, East Sussex for Welbeck Strategic Land.
SMA had provided various technical reports to support the planning application, including the Transport Assessment, Travel Plan, Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy, Utilities Statement and the Energy and Sustainability Statement.
