Premier Inn coming to Newbury
Premier Inn has been granted planning permission by West Berkshire Council for a 100-bedroom, part three, part five storey hotel in Park Way.
The hotel, which will also include a restaurant, reception and parking spaces for staff is expected to open in 2017. SMA were pleased to provide highways and transportation advice on the scheme.
