We have knowledgeable staff who can provide input into Environmental Impact Assessments, with the preparation of screening reports and full ‘Transport’ chapters of Environmental Statements (ES) to accord with IEA Guidelines for the Environmental Assessment of Road Traffic. This assesses the potential impacts of development proposals on local road and identifies any residual impacts on sensitive receptors surrounding the site.
We also help Clients to prepare Flood Risk/Drainage, Noise, Air Quality Chapters which set out the likely significant effects on the environment and set out proposed mitigation measures.
