In October, the business welcomed Kate Marshall to the Civils team. Associate Director Kate brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and look forward to getting stuck into a number of existing schemes and new projects in the pipeline.
Planning Consent at Kenilworth Close
Planning consent has been granted for re-development of four parcels of land in Stevenage. This includes re-development of existing and new residential areas, for more than 170 dwellings, along with a new Community Centre and retail facilities.
SMA were pleased to provide to provide highways advice to the Client, which included preparation of technical reports (Transport Assessment and Travel Plan) and advice on access and sustainability.
