Planning consent has been granted for 50 apartments (1 and 2 bed), 12 assisted living units, 6 Care in the Community units and a drive through facility on Corporation Road, Newport.
SMA assisted the Client with initial feedback regarding access to the site, then completed technical reports relating to transport (Transport Statement) and noise (Noise Assessment).
Instructions for New Sites
