West Berkshire Living Landscape Project

(February 2012) SMA is pleased to be a sponsor of the Living Landscape photography exhibition, which is currently showing at the Corn Exchange Theatre in Newbury. Living Landscape is a partnership between the Berks Bucks and Oxon Wildlife Trust (BBOWT) and West Berkshire Council and aims to improve the environment for wildlife in an area close to our headquarters in Thatcham, Berkshire.

Strategic Development in Chippenham

(February 2012) Gleeson Strategic Land has appointed SMA and Bell Cornwell LLP to submit responses to Wiltshire Council’s Pre-submission Core Strategy in relation to a potential housing allocation at Pewsham, south east Chippenham.

Framework Consultancy Agreement

(January 2012) SMA has recently secured a Framework Consultancy Agreement for Lidl UK GmbH. This follows the successful inputs to securing planning consent for Lidl’s store in Wokingham and various other commissions around the UK.

Commercial Scheme Evaluation

(January 2012) SMA has been appointed by R E Phillips and Partners to assist with the evaluation of commercial schemes (refurbishment and new build) at Elmbridge Court, Gloucester.
