Located on the edge of Bembridge, between Mill Road and The High Street, the site represents a natural expansion of the village, designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing community.

Given Planning Approval in 2024, the masterplan design has been inspired by the principles of the award-winning Poundbury development in Dorset and, will deliver 130 homes that are underpinned by traditional architecture, strong placemaking, and a distinct character.

Stuart Michael Associates played a key role in the project, providing transport consultancy services to support a layout that prioritises walkability, accessibility, and community connectivity.
