Planning consent has been granted following a successful Planning Appeal for 125 residential dwellings at Coxwell Road, Faingdon. SMA were pleased to assist our Client (Welbeck Strategic Land II LLP) with providing the technical input associated with drainage and highways. We were very pleased to overcome the technical issues on both disciplines prior to the Appeal.
In addition to the 125 dwellings, of which 35% will be affordable units, the scheme will also provide an extensive landscaped public open space of 2.5ha.
Following a detailed Planning Application submission, Stuart Michael Associates are very pleased to see that Planning Consent has been granted for 473 dwellings in Ryde, IOW.
In addition to the housing (of which 35% will be affordable), the site will also include a doctors surgery, B1 office space, a cafe and Suitable Alternative Natual Greenspace (SANG).
