A qualified Chartered Town Planner, David is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and has over 30 years professional experience in transportation, infrastructure and planning.
Throughout his career, David has acted variously for both private and public sector clients, including major house building companies, County, District and Borough Councils. He has provided Highway Development Control support to local authorities (Buckinghamshire CC & Windsor and Maidenhead BC) and has also appeared as an Expert Witness at a number of Public Inquiries and Appeal Hearings.
