Project Overview
SMA was appointed by Welbeck Land Limited to provide multi-disciplinary consultancy services, including transport, flood risk and drainage, and utilities assessments for a residential-led development in Deddington, Oxfordshire.
The scheme, which has now secured planning approval, will deliver 90 new homes alongside community infrastructure, including a nursery school, a car park serving the adjacent medical centre, and comprehensive landscaping and SuDS measures. The development also includes key upgrades to pedestrian and cycle connectivity through improvements to the footway network along Banbury Road.
